1. Paying your Invoice

To pay for your invoice securely and easily, our preferred payment method is Direct ACH Debit via GoCardless (if your business resides in the US). You won’t have to remember to make future payments or update your payment details; as soon as your invoice is due, we’ll collect the payment straight from your pre-agreed bank account. You’ll be notified before each payment is taken and your payments are protected, so you’re guaranteed a refund if a payment is ever taken in error.  Bank debit through GoCardless saves us admin time, which means we can focus on giving you great service.

2. Key Considerations

Launching your LMS project whether coming from an existing tool or starting fresh will require some planning and considerations. We recommend having these internal discussions around our thought provoking questions below prior to your kick-off session so you can make the most of the time with our team:

  • What type(s) of training will you host in the tool?
  • What curriculum or training content do you have ready to use?
  • How will you measure success of implementing Learn365?
  • When do you need to go-live to learners?

Having some clarity on how you plan to use the tool will assist in our customer success team in setting you up for success during the Kick-off Session. We understand that your answers to these questions may be flexible and change throughout your implementation.

For the installation, you will need to work internally with your Microsoft Global Tenant Admin present. Our team is happy to assist you with the installation process and is available for a 15-minute review or 30-minute installation call. Prior to scheduling the 30-minute installation (or a 15-minute installation review for our clients converting from a trial or Freemium to a paid subscription), you should also consider how you would market the LMS internally to your organization.

There are two pieces that should be discussed internally before your installation:

  • When accessing the LMS from SharePoint, your learners will be greeted by your customized homepage and unique URL as seen on example 1 below. For this reason, it is a good idea to select a name for your LMS prior the installation call, so the Catalog can be named accordingly.
  • You can also customize the Catalog email notifications and inbox in the LMS so sent to learners to notify them about their active training as seen on example 2 below. For this reason, it is a good idea to work with your internal IT to create or verify credentials of a training inbox that will be associated to the LMS notifications.

Notes:

  1. The LMS can be renamed at any time after installation following this guide. With any name you choose, we encourage you start creating awareness and engagement for users as early as possible about the LMS. This may include letting your users vote on a name for the LMS prior to launch to build excitement about what the new learning curriculum will provide for them.
  2. It is an additional fee to have Learn365 bulk-import your historical records or training content through our Professional Services, if you have not purchased Success Premium. This service requires our clients to provide completely accurate data to Learn365 via an approved standard format Microsoft Excel Import File. More details for the bulk-import process can be found in this guide.
  3. It is an additional fee to have Learn365 support you with integration to an HRIS tool or similar, if you have not purchased Success Premium. This service requires our clients to start the discovery process with a scoping call through Professional Services. More information can be covered by your customer success manager.
